Hey There!

My name is Mike and I decided to create Protein Hacks to Share My Protein Powder Recipes and include helpful tips for building lean muscle and burning pesky body fat.

After being overweight for the majority of my life, I finally decided to grab hold of my life and take control. As an adult with a family to support and determination in mind, I knew something had to change if I were to be around for the long haul.

You Truly Become Strong When you Have Something to Fight For!

What is it that drives your motivation? For me, it was my family and loved ones. Strength isn’t measured by how much weight you can pile on the barbell, but instead about your self-motivation and will to fight for what you love.

I fueled my passion to get in shape with my desire to be here and give my family the best life possible. I got serious and gave 100% to turn my life around. After losing over 60lbs and getting in the best shape of my life I truly understood that anyone can do this!

I spent countless hours learning from the great fitness gurus of Youtube, and the best dietitians and recipe Influencers on Instagram, and engulfed myself in the lifestyle.

I worked out like a mad man, and I taught myself how to track my macros while creating better option versions of the foods I enjoyed eating. It was really the nutrition side that created this permanent lifestyle for me. If you enjoy what your eating you can avoid a temporary diet and create a lasting change to your diet.

I accomplished this while raising 2 little ones at home (With the help of my amazing wife) and working a full-time job. (10 Hours a day) and I have loved this lifestyle ever since. I’m more athletic then I was in High School. I weigh less than I did in 8th grade. I have more confidence than I ever have had in my life. And the best part is, I’m only getting started!

These days my focus has shifted to building muscle however I’ve continued to stay consistent with my dieting and meal prep. Learning to make better decisions by making my own high protein meals has been the key to my success.

At 30 years old I am in the most athletic shape of My life and I would like to help others do just that. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never stepped foot in the gym, or the extent of your kitchen skills is highlighted by microwaved burritos. I started from nothing and got it done and I know YOU CAN as well!

I became a certified fitness and nutrition coach thru ISSA Trainer Program online and decided the best way for me to utilize my knowledge was to build this site to help as many people as I possibly can.

Sure I could do one on one training to help those In need, but I wanted to do more than that. I want to help those who want to believe. This lifestyle does so much more for you than appearance and health alone. You become rejuvenated, engulfed in confidence and you take action in every aspect of your life!

I would have never in my life believed that I would build this website, or start my Youtube channel, or be someone who stood up and spoke out to others. This is the result of my success, and I would like to share this with everyone each step of the way.
